4. Click Set up or change your Internet connection
5. Click on the Connections tab, click the Setup button.
6. Click Next, select Connect to the Internet
7. Click Next
8. Under the Network Connection Type screen select Connect to the Internet
9. Select Set up my connection manually
10. Click Next
11. Select Connect using a dial-up modem
12. Click Next
13. Type in Ultra ISP
14. Click Next
15. Type in 8936401 for the phone number.
16. Click Next
17. Type in your username in the User name field, and type in your password in the Password field
18. Click Next
19. Check the box that says Add a shortcut to this connection to my desktop
20. Click Finish
21. Double click on the Ultra ISP icon located on your desktop.
22. Click Properties
23. Click on the Networking tab.
24. Click on Internet Protocol (TCP/IP)
25. Click on Properties
26. Click Use the following DNS Server addresses. Below that type in Perferred DNS Server 192.168.111.5 then type in 64.9.67.2 for Alternate DNS Server.
27. Click Ok
28. Click Settings
29. Uncheck the box labeled Enable LCP extensions also uncheck Negotiate multi-link for single link connections
30. Click Ok
31. Click Ok
32. Click the Dial button to connect to the internet.
