  Ultra ISP WebTV Support


WebTV is able to use our network, because we support the PPP and PAP protocol that WebTV requires to connect to the internet. However we do not provide telephone tech support for help with using your WebTV system. Please contact WebTV tech support for help configuring your system.

1. When you are connected, choose Setup from the side menu.



2. In Setup, click on Dialing.



3. Choose Use your ISP from the Dialing options. You will then be presented with a series of screen describing the differences between using your own ISP and using the Web TV Network. Read them and click Continue on each.



4. Now you will be at the Use your own ISP setup screen. In Service provider name enter Ultra ISP. Login Name, enter the login name you chose when you signed up with our service. Enter your Password. Enter your Local Access number that Ultra ISP provided. Please check with your telephone company to make sure this is a non-toll call. You may also enter a back up number if we have more than one local access number for you. Then click Done.



5. You are now done. Click continue. Your WebTV will now redial and connect to the internet with Ultra ISP
